IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00KA
The BNI IOL-311-012-K035 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00KA, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates with 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 is connected via a 4-pin spring terminal. The hub provides 16 NPN digital inputs and 16 NPN digital outputs; the inputs and outputs are configurable. The total current for the sensor supply is 2 A, while the total actuator supply current is 4 A. Switching current is specified as 16 x 500 mA.
The housing is made of PA 6.6 and measures 77.5 x 50.9 x 86.8 mm. The ambient temperature range is -20...50 °C, and the enclosure rating is IP20. Data transmission uses COM3 at 230.4 kBaud. The minimum process data cycle is 0.6 ms, with 2 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
