The BNI IOL-308-012-K094, order code BNI00L0, is an IO-Link hub with an IO-Link 1.1 interface. Its COM 1 connection uses a 4-pin spring terminal. The hub provides 32 digital PNP inputs of Type 3 and 32 digital PNP outputs; the inputs and outputs are configurable. The switching current is 32 × 500 mA. Operating voltage Ub is 18...30.2 VDC. The total current for the sensor supply US is 4 A, and the total current for the actuator supply UA is 4 A.
The PA 6.6 housing measures 142.5 × 50.9 × 86.8 mm. The hub has an IP20 rating and is designed for an ambient temperature range of -20...50 °C. Data transfer uses COM3 at 230.4 kBaud. The minimum process data cycle is 1 ms, with 4 bytes of process data IN and 4 bytes of process data OUT.
