Visual signaling devices – BNI00LM
The BNI IOL-810-205-K037 visual signaling device, order code BNI00LM, combines an indicator light with a sound module and StrobeLight. It has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates with 18...30.2 VDC. Connection is provided via an M12x1 male connector with 5 pins. The device has a maximum of four segments. Predefined colors are red, green, yellow, blue, magenta, cyan, white and orange; additional colors are configurable. The available function indicators are Segment, Fill level, Runlight, Flexible and Ultimate. The volume is 95 dB at a distance of 1 m.
Display, strobe light and volume can be set, and the device includes the Extended mode function. Its dimensions are 60.6 x 60.6 x 119.9 mm. The housing materials are transparent PC and PBT GF30, with an M18x1 nut as the mounting part. The ambient temperature range is -25...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. Data transmission uses COM3 at 230.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms, 1 byte of process data IN and 12 bytes of process data OUT.
