Visual signaling devices – BNI00LM
The BNI IOL-810-205-K037 visual signaling device, order code BNI00LM, combines an indicator light, sound module and StrobeLight. It uses IO-Link 1.1 with COM3 transfer at 230.4 kBaud. The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC, and connection is provided through a 5-pin M12x1-Male connector. The device supports up to four segments with the predefined colors Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Magenta, Cyan, White and Orange, plus additional configurable colors. Function indicators include Segment, Fill level, Runlight, Flexible and Ultimate. The volume is 95 dB at a distance of 1 m.
Display, Strobe light and Volume are adjustable, and the device includes the Extended mode function. Its dimensions are 60.6 x 60.6 x 119.9 mm. The housing consists of transparent PC and PBT GF30, with an M18x1 nut as the mounting part. The ambient temperature range is -25...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. The minimum process data cycle is 5 ms, with 1 byte of process data IN and 12 bytes of process data OUT.
