The BOS R254K-UUI-RS10-S4 through-beam sensor, order code BOS0289, belongs to the R254K series and has Washdown Plus and Washdown characteristics. As an emitter, it uses a divergent red LED beam and operates within a range of 0 mm...20 m. The sensor measures 20.4 x 60.3 x 49.5 mm and has a PA 12 and PA PACM 12 housing with a PA PACM 12 sensing surface. It operates at 10...30 VDC and connects via a 4-pin M12x1 male connector. The interface provides IO-Link 1.1, an analogue current output of 4…20 mA, a Push-pull output on pin 4 configurable as NO/NC, and a PNP/NPN/Push-pull output on pin 2 configurable as NO/NC.
