In the manufacture of small products, such as hearing aids, the correct execution of all work steps is essential. In addition to assembly and handling, all processing and cleaning steps must be carried out completely and reliably.

RFID solutions ensure that each individual step is carried out correctly and at the same time provide process reliability, as all stages are run through as intended and no operation is forgotten. For conveyor belts with a width of less than 100 mm, cylindrical read/write heads of the RFID system BIS M combined with small and narrow data carriers are particularly suitable. Ideal for use in particularly narrow conditions.

For the identification of cleaning baskets exposed to high temperatures and aggressive cleaning agents, data carriers made of glass or in chemical and high-temperature resistant PEEK housings are suitable, which withstand regular short-term loads of approx. 130 °C and aggressive cleaning agents.
