IO-Link Wireless
Transporting mother and daughter reels rolls from one processing station to the next is the task of automated guided vehicles (AGVs). Until now, sensors and actuators as well as binary and/or analog devices have been integrated via cables. This is naturally a major problem for AGVs. IO-Link Wireless is a promising new standard for wireless communication in process and factory automation.
