General conditions for returns due to transport damage
1. Requirements
Complaints due to transport damage must be notified to us in writing without delay, no later than one week after the delivery.
The return delivery will communicated in advance by the customer and approved by Balluff.
2. General conditions
Acceptance of returning goods is always subject to reservation and without recognition of legal obligation. The final assessment is at the discretion of Balluff.
3. Costs and expenses
Costs and expenses for returns of rejected goods by Balluff shall be covered by the customer.
