Monitor fill levels in storage tanks
BSP pressure sensors and BCS capacitive sensors
For trouble-free production, storage tanks must always be sufficiently filled, but not overflow. This requires precise monitoring even in the presence of foaming, or with poorly accessible storage tanks and heterogeneous fluids. Pressure sensors, capacitive sensors or a corresponding combination from Balluff are a reliable solution here. For added efficiency, you can connect them to the IT level: The sensors communicate the level to the fieldbus module via their IO-Link interface. The Ethernet TCP/IP protocol is used to access the network master to forward the data.
