The Balluff Junior Company: Balluff Education
The Balluff Junior Company is a project of trainees and dual students of Balluff GmbH. The aim is to promote entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility and teamwork in a practical way. The product portfolio includes various learning cases with Balluff products as well as self-developed online learning units. Our trainees and dual students thus offer educational institutions in particular the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of automation technology in a practical way.
Within the Junior Company, trainees and dual students take on independent tasks in areas such as product development, purchasing, marketing, accounting and sales. As a result, they not only gain valuable insights into economic relationships, but also learn to take on real responsibility.
