UHF RFID system for automatic tool validation and process reliability
For the precise punching process of anode and cathode, it is important that the tools used are reliably identified before use. With our BIS V UHF RFID system, you can ensure that the correct tool is always used. The system enables the automatic validation and monitoring of punching tools over ranges of more than one meter. The UHF evaluation unit also supports IO-Link-capable connections to integrate peripheral sensors and actuators to efficiently control the entire process.
