Inductive distance sensors – BAW004H
The BAW M12ME-UAC70G-S04G is an inductive distance sensor with order code BAW004H. It has a Ø 12 x 50 mm housing in style M12x1 and is intended for non-flush installation. The sensing range is 0.2...7 mm. Its analog output provides 0...10 V with a falling output characteristic on approach. The limit frequency at –3 dB is 1000 Hz, while repeat accuracy per BWN is ±7 µm and maximum non-linearity is ±70 µm.
The housing is made of nickel-free coated brass, with an LCP sensing surface. Connection is provided by a 4-pin M12x1 male connector. The operating voltage is 15...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -40...80 °C. The sensor has an IP67 rating. Conformity comprises CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE.
