The BNI IOL-302-S02-Z026 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00CP, features an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 is provided as an M12x1-Male, 4-pin, A-coded connection, while the supply voltage IN uses a 7/8"-Male, 4-pin connection. Eight M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are available. The hub has 16 PNP digital inputs, Type 3, and 16 PNP digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable, and the hub includes an extension port and single-channel monitoring.
The sensor current sum US is 9.0 A, and the actuator current sum UA is 9.0 A. Switching current is 16x 2 A. The housing is made of nickel-plated die-cast zinc. Dimensions are 68 x 32.4 x 181.5 mm, with an ambient temperature range of -5...55 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transfer uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 5.6 ms, 6 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
