Checking end position on pneumatic cylinders

Bring on the heat, dust and aggressive media – in the harsh conditions of the foundry our magnetic field sensors check whether the robot is correctly gripping the workpiece. They do this by detecting the piston position of the pneumatic cylinder. Our small, light IO-Link sensor hubs are especially economical for passing the many sensor signals from the gripper to the controller. The sensor hubs only require unshielded 3-conductor standard or temperature rated PTFE cables.
