Capacitive level sensors – BCS010L
The BCS S44KK01-GPCFAG-EP02 capacitive level sensor, order code BCS010L, belongs to the S44 series and has dimensions of Ø 12 x 62.5 mm. Designed for non-flush installation, it features a 2.00 m PUR cable connection and a PNP/NPN NO/NC codable switching output. The switching frequency is 5 Hz, while the media-dependent sensitivity is adjustable. The sensor uses the Smart Level 15 function and provides electrically conductive media detection with foam and residue compensation.
The housing and sensing surface are made of PEEK. The ambient temperature range is -5...105 °C; UL approval is valid up to 85 °C. The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. The sensor has IP67 protection and carries CE, UKCA, WEEE and cULus approval or conformity markings.
