Capacitive level sensors – BCS015K
The BCS S44KK01-GPCFNG-EP00,05-GS49 capacitive level sensor belongs to the S44 series and has a diameter of 12 mm, a length of 62.5 mm and a non-flush installation design. Its connection is a 0.05 m PUR cable with an M8x1 male, 3-pin connector. The sensor provides a PNP/NPN switching output that is codable as NO/NC and operates at a switching frequency of 10 Hz. Sensitivity is media-dependent and adjustable. The Smart Level 15 function includes foam and residue compensation for electrically conductive media.
The housing and sensing surface are made of PEEK. The sensor is designed for an ambient temperature range of -5...105 °C; UL approval is valid up to 85 °C. It operates with 10...30 VDC and has an IP67 rating. The BCS015K has CE, UKCA, WEEE and cULus approval/conformity.
