IO-Link sensor/actuator hubs for IP69K environments (Washdown Line)
IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00F6
The BNI IOL-314-S52-P012 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00F6, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 uses an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin, A-coded. Eight M12x1 female connection slots, 5-pin, A-coded, provide 16 digital inputs with PNP/NPN, Type 1 and Type 3, and 16 PNP digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable. An extension port and single-channel monitoring are provided. Additional functions comprise vibration, internal temperature and device discovery. The sensor current sum is 2 A, the actuator current sum is 4 A, and the switching current is 16x 2 A.
The housing uses PBT, GF30, and 1.4404 stainless steel inserts. Dimensions are 68 x 38.3 x 183.5 mm, with an ambient temperature range of -25...70 °C and IP68 and IP69K when threaded in. Data transfer is COM3 at 230.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 2 ms, 12 bytes process data IN and 2 bytes process data OUT. Secondary features include identification, signal delay, signal speed monitoring, switching, operating hours and boot cycle counters, voltage and current monitoring, extreme environment status, variant configuration, vibration monitoring and internal temperature monitoring.
