In transport logistics, shipping or warehouse areas, many material postings are made with high throughput. The aim is to always know exactly which stocks are leaving the warehouse and which items are arriving. Ideally, the recording is automated, without manual scanning by an employee. In this way, the picking process is later simplified enormously and becomes transparent.
Our stationary RFID gate is the optimal solution here. It records pallets with all the objects stacked on them in batches and fully automatically. This saves time and at the same time minimizes error rates, since no goods are forgotten or incorrectly assigned. The typical detection range is 2-3 meters. The high-performance UHF evaluation unit is suitable for this application. This offers the possibility to connect up to four passive antennas, which are then used in the form of a gate. The suitable antennas are available in different sizes.
