What is the cause of "Access to device failed" for BVS CA cameras?
In some cases, the camera may be displayed in IPConfigure, but error messages such as "Cannot Access Device" are displayed, the camera cannot be used in ImpactControlCenter or the camera is not listed in ImpactControlCenter at all. This problem can have two causes: Communication is blocked by a firewall. There are problems with the network configuration, i.e. either the network is configured incorrectly or the camera itself is set up incorrectly.
