The BAW Z01AC-UAD50B-DP03-K is an inductive distance sensor with a block-style housing and non-flush installation. It has dimensions of 38.5 x 14 x 17 mm and a measuring range of 1...5 mm. The sensor provides an analog voltage output of 0…10 V and an analog temperature output. Its output characteristic is falling on approach. The –3 dB limit frequency is 1000 Hz, with a repeat accuracy per BWN of ±10 µm and maximum non-linearity of ±120 µm.
The housing is made of anodized aluminum, while the sensing surface consists of PA 12. Connection is provided by a 3.00 m PUR cable. The operating voltage is 15...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -10...60 °C. The sensor has IP67 protection and carries CE, UKCA and cULus approvals; WEEE requirements apply.
