Capacitive level sensors – BCS011F
The BCS S04K501-PSCFNG-S04G-T50 capacitive level sensor, order code BCS011F, belongs to the S04 series and has dimensions of Ø 30 x 96 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and uses an M12x1 male, 4-pin connector. The switching output is PNP normally open (NO), with a switching frequency of 5 Hz. Sensitivity is teachable depending on the media. The sensor provides the Smart Level 100 function and features for electrically conductive media as well as foam and residue compensation.
The housing is made of 1.4404 stainless steel, and the sensing surface is made of PEEK. The ambient temperature range is -40...85 °C, and the operating voltage Ub is 12...30 VDC. The sensor has IP68 protection and carries CE, UKCA, WEEE and cULus approval or conformity markings.
