Inductive proximity switches and proximity sensors – BES0180
The BES 516-300-S166-S49 inductive sensor, order code BES0180, has an 8x8 housing with dimensions of 59 x 8 x 8 mm and is designed for flush mounting. Its sensing range is 1.5 mm, with a PNP normally open (NO) switching output and a switching frequency of 5000 Hz. The housing is made of zinc die casting, while the sensing surface is made of PBT.
The sensor operates with an operating voltage of 10...30 VDC and has an ambient temperature range of -25...70 °C. Connection is provided by an M8x1-Male, 3-pin connector. The sensor has IP67 protection and carries CE, UKCA and cULus approval/conformity markings. WEEE requirements also apply.
