Inductive sensors for hazardous areas – BES05L5
The BES M30MF2-PSC15F-BV02-EXD inductive sensor, order code BES05L5, has an M30x1.5 housing with dimensions of Ø 30 x 74 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and provides a range of 12 mm. The switching output is PNP normally open (NO), with a switching frequency of 300 Hz. The housing is made of nickel-plated brass, and the sensing surface consists of PA/POM. Connection is provided by a 2 m PUR cable. The operating voltage is 18...27 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -20...60 °C.
The sensor has IP67 protection and the following Ex categories: ATEX: 1D (EPL Da), ATEX: 1G (EPL Ga), ATEX: 2D (EPL Db), ATEX: 2G (EPL Gb), ATEX: 3D (EPL Dc) and ATEX: 3G (EPL Gc). Approval and conformity markings include CE, UKCA, IECEx, ATEX and WEEE.
