The BGL 30A-101-S49 fork sensor, order code BGL007Y, has dimensions of 10 × 50 × 68 mm and a fork opening of 30 mm. It operates as a through-beam sensor with a divergent beam characteristic and uses red LED light. The light spot has a diameter of Ø 0.85 mm at the light exit. The sensor supports IO-Link V1.1.3 and provides a Push-Pull switching output with NO (PNP) or NC (NPN) operation.
The operating voltage is 10…30 VDC. Connection is provided by a 3-pin M8 × 1 male connector. The housing materials are black-coated zinc die casting, PUR and PA 6.6; the sensing surface is coated glass. The sensor carries CE, UKCA and cULus approvals and is marked WEEE.
