The BGL 50A-101-S49 fork sensor, order code BGL007Z, has dimensions of 10 x 70 x 88 mm and a fork opening of 50 mm. Its optical principle is through-beam sensing with a divergent beam characteristic and red LED light. The light spot size at the light exit is Ø 1.2 mm. The sensor supports IO-Link V1.1.3 for parameterization, diagnostics and process data exchange. In standard sensor operation, it provides a Push-Pull switching output configurable as NO (PNP) or NC (NPN). The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. Connection is provided by a 3-pin M8x1 male connector. The housing materials are black-coated zinc die casting, PUR and PA 6.6; the sensing surface is coated glass. Approvals and conformity include CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE.
