Inductive couplers for contactless energy and signal transmission – BIC0084
The BIC 1B1-IT1A0-G30EI22-SM4A5A, order code BIC0084, is an inductive coupler for contactless energy and signal transmission with IO-Link functionality and bi-directional signal transmission. It is configured as a base component with a 4-pin M12x1 male connector. The rated operating voltage is 24 VDC. The housing is made of stainless steel and measures Ø 30 x 85 mm. The ambient temperature range is -25...85 °C, and the IP ratings are IP67, IP68 and IP69K.
The transmission distance is 0...5 mm. Transfer rates comprise COM2 (38.4 kBaud), COM3 (230.4 kBaud) and a diagnostic channel with COM2 (38.4 kBaud). The additive cycle time is 0 ms. Process data IN and OUT each comprise 0…32 bytes; the diagnostic channel provides 2 bytes IN and 1 byte OUT. SIO mode is not available. Secondary features include Identification, Device Discovery, Operating Hours Counter, Boot Cycle Counter, Extreme Environment Status, Storage Usage Monitoring and Variant Configuration. Condition-monitoring features are vibration monitoring and internal temperature monitoring.
