The BIC 2B1-IT1A0-G30EI22-SM4A5A, order code BIC0085, is an inductive coupler for contactless energy and signal transmission with IO-Link functionality and a bi-directional signal type. The remote component has a transmission distance of 0...5 mm and uses a 5-pin M12x1-Female connector. Its output voltage is 24 VDC, with a rated output current of 1.5 A and a maximum output current of 2.2 A. The stainless-steel housing has dimensions of Ø 30 x 85 mm.
The product is designed for an ambient temperature range of -25...85 °C and has IP67, IP68 and IP69K ratings. Transfer rates are COM2 (38.4 kBaud) and COM3 (230.4 kBaud). The additive cycle time is 0 ms, with process data IN and process data OUT of 0…32 bytes each. SIO mode is not available. Secondary features include Identification, Device Discovery, Operating Hours Counter, Boot Cycle Counter, Extreme Environment Status, Storage Usage Monitoring and Variant Configuration. Condition monitoring includes vibration monitoring and internal temperature monitoring.
