The BIS M-112-02/L HF RFID tag, order code BIS0046, belongs to the HF (13.56 MHz) product group and supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 50 x 3.3 mm. The read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte. FRAM is used as the memory type, while the User data memory provides 2000 Byte with read/write access.

The tag has a PA 6 housing and an IP68 rating. Installation is specified for a metal-free environment (clear zone). The ambient temperature range is -25...85 °C. Storage temperature is -25...85 °C; temporary storage is possible at 140 °C for 1x100 h and at -40 °C…90 °C for 1x1000 h. The product has CE, UKCA and WEEE approval/conformity.
