IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI003T
The BNI IOL-104-S01-Z012-C01 IO-Link hub, order code BNI003T, uses the IO-Link 1.0 interface. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector with 4 pins and A coding. Eight M12x1 female connection slots with 5 pins and A coding are provided. The hub has 16 PNP Type 2 digital inputs. The inputs/outputs are not configurable, and single-channel monitoring is supported. An identification function with 2 bytes is included. The total sensor current sum US is 4 A.
The die-cast zinc housing is nickel-plated and measures 68 x 31.8 x 181.5 mm. The hub is designed for an ambient temperature of -5...70 °C and has an IP67 rating when threaded in. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud. The minimum process data cycle is 18 ms, with 6 bytes of process data IN. The operating voltage Ub is 18...30.2 VDC.
