The BNI IOL-801-000-Z036 visual signaling device, order code BNI007F, operates as an indicator light with an IO-Link 1.1 interface. It has an operating voltage of 18...30.2 VDC and connects via an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connection. The device supports a maximum of three segments. Predefined colors are Yellow, White, Green, Blue, Red and Orange; additional colors are configurable. The function indicator provides Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode, with the setting defined by the function indicator.
The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 213 mm. The housing consists of PC, transparent, Cu 15 µm, Ni 15 µm, and die-cast zinc. Mounting is carried out using M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
