Segment mode
Segment mode replaces conventional signal towers. Adjust the number and color of the segments individually during operation. With a 5-segment SmartLight, you can flexibly activate 1 to 5 segments. Reducing the number of segments creates a larger display area for improved visibility. The segments can flash or glow at adjustable speeds.
Level mode
The versatile IO-Link signal tower serves as a level indicator and allows you to select suitable input resolutions. This allows you to easily visualize fill levels in tanks or the distance to an object. During operation, the color of the LED bar can be adjusted to indicate the severity of the event. If a threshold value is exceeded, the entire bar changes to yellow or red, for example, depending on the standard.
Running Light Mode
The running light mode of the signal lights allows a segment to move from top to bottom or vice versa. The color, direction, size, and speed of the segment are freely adjustable. The light intensity and color of the static portion can also be configured, and all parameters can be flexibly changed during operation.
Flexible Mode
Flexible mode offers the most options. Each LED level can be individually controlled via acyclic data. Color and intensity are freely definable to enable custom animations. Special segment structures, such as six segments or flashing sequences, can be easily implemented.
