The BNI IOL-801-102-Z037 is an indicator light with sound module and IO-Link 1.1 interface. It operates at 18...30.2 VDC and connects via an M12x1 male connector with 4 pins. The visual signaling device has a maximum of 3 segments with the predefined colors Yellow, White, Green, Blue, Red and Orange, plus additional configurable colors. Function indicator modes comprise Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode. Function indicator and volume are adjustable, while the volume is 95 dB at a distance of 1 m.
The product provides expanded process data, with a transfer rate of COM2 (38.4 kBaud), a minimum process data cycle of 7.2 ms, 1 byte of process data IN and 8 bytes of process data OUT. Its dimensions are 60 x 60 x 234.5 mm. The housing consists of transparent PC with Cu 15 µm and Ni 15 µm, and die-cast zinc. Mounting is provided by M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the enclosure rating is IP30.
