The BNI IOL-302-S02-R026 IO-Link hub, order code BNI0091, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. The COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male, 4-pin, A-coded connector, while the supply voltage IN connection is a 7/8"-male, 4-pin connector. Eight M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are provided. The hub has 16 PNP digital inputs, Type 3, and 16 PNP digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable. An extension port and single-channel monitoring are also provided.
The current sum is 9 A for the sensor supply US and 9 A for the actuator supply UA; the switching current is 16 x 2 A. The housing consists of PBT, GF30, with 1.4404 stainless steel inserts. Dimensions are 68 x 39.1 x 183.5 mm, and the ambient temperature range is -5...55 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 6.0 ms, 6 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
