The BNI IOL-309-002-Z019 IO-Link hub, order code BNI0093, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. Connection COM 1 is an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin and A-coded. The hub provides eight 3-pin M8x1 female connection slots. It has eight PNP Type 3 digital inputs and eight PNP digital outputs; the inputs and outputs are configurable, and an extension port is available. The total sensor current sum US is 4 A, while the total actuator current sum UA is 4 A. The switching current is 8x 300 mA.
The housing is made of die-cast zinc with nickel-plated surfaces. Dimensions are 30 x 32.8 x 132 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 3.5 ms, 1 byte of process data IN and 1 byte of process data OUT.
