The BNI IOL-803-103-R036, order code BNI00E0, is an indicator light with optical sensor and IO-Link 1.1 interface. It operates with an 18...30.2 VDC supply voltage and connects via an M12x1 male, 4-pin connection. The visual signaling device has up to six segments. Predefined colors are yellow, white, green, blue, red and orange; additional colors can be configured. The function indicator provides Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Color circle mode, with the function indicator as the setting. The adjustable range is 100 mm. Daisy-chain operation allows two devices per IO-Link port.
The housing materials are transparent PC and PPS, with M22 screws as the mounting part. Dimensions are 61.8 x 62.4 x 57.5 mm. The device has IP67 protection and operates in ambient temperatures from -5...55 °C. Data transfer uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud. The minimum process data cycle is 8.4 ms, with 2 bytes of process data IN and 8 bytes of process data OUT.
