The BNI IOL-302-S02-Z012-C11 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00F4, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface with a COM2 transfer rate of 38.4 kBaud. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector with 4 pins and A coding. The hub provides eight M12x1 female connection slots, each with 5 pins and A coding. It features 16 digital PNP inputs of Type 3 and 16 digital PNP outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable. An extension port and single-channel monitoring are also provided.
The total current for the sensor supply US is 4 A, while the total current for the actuator supply UA is 4 A. The switching current is 16 × 200 mA. Process data comprises 6 bytes IN and 2 bytes OUT, with a minimum process data cycle of 5.6 ms. The die-cast zinc housing is nickel-plated and measures 68 × 31.8 × 181.5 mm. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C, and the IP rating is IP67 when threaded in.
