The BNI IOL-302-S02-Z012-C11 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00F4, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector with 4 pins and A coding. The hub provides eight M12x1 female connection slots with 5 pins and A coding, 16 digital PNP inputs of Type 3, and 16 digital PNP outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable. An extension port and single-channel monitoring are available.
The current sum is 4 A for the sensor supply US and 4 A for the actuator supply UA. The switching current is 16x 200 mA. Communication uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 5.6 ms, 6 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT. The housing is made of nickel-plated die-cast zinc and measures 68 x 31.8 x 181.5 mm. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C, and the IP67 rating applies when threaded in.
