The BNI PG3-508-0C5-Z015 IO-Link Master, order code BNI00HL, has a Profinet interface and IIoT interfaces for REST API and MQTT parsed. It features 8x IO-Link ports with Port Class Type A and IO-Link version 1.1.3. The 8x connection slots are M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded. The ports support 16x PNP digital inputs, Type 3, and 16x PNP digital outputs; the inputs and outputs are configurable. Fast Start-Up (FSU) is available, the product has no display, and Safety Hub Support is available.
COM 1 and COM 2 use M12x1-Female, 4-pin, D-coded connections. Supply voltage connections are 7/8"-Male, 5-pin, for IN, and 7/8"-Female, 5-pin, for OUT. Operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC, with a maximum output current of 2 A. The current sum is 9.0 A for US, sensor, and 9.0 A for UA, actuator. The die-cast zinc, nickel-plated housing measures 68 x 37.9 x 224 mm, has IP67 protection and supports an ambient temperature range of -25...70 °C.
