The BNI IOL-302-002-K006-015, order code BNI00K9, is an IO-Link hub with an IO-Link 1.1 interface and COM2 transfer rate of 38.4 kBaud. It operates at 18...30.2 VDC and has one COM 1 connection with an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin, A-coded. Eight M12x1 female connection slots, 5-pin, A-coded, are provided. The hub features 16 PNP digital inputs, Type 3, and 16 PNP digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable, and an extension port is provided.
The total current for the sensor supply US is 4 A, while the total actuator supply current UA is 4 A. The switching current is 16x 350 mA. Process data comprises 2 bytes IN and 2 bytes OUT, with a minimum process data cycle of 3.5 ms. The PA housing is transparent and includes a nickel-plated earthing lug with Sn2..4 µm.
