Network modules with multiprotocol – BNI00L1
The BNI XG1-505-0A5-R067 network module, order code BNI00L1, supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT and Modbus TCP, with REST API and MQTT for IIoT communication. It has eight IO-Link auxiliary interfaces, IO-Link version 1.1.4 and Port Class Type A for the IO-Link ports. The eight physical connection slots are M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded. The module provides 16 PNP, Type 3 digital inputs and eight PNP digital outputs; the inputs and outputs are configurable. Maximum output current is 0.25 A, and the total sensor current US is 4 A. COM 1 and COM 2 use M12x1 female, 4-pin, D-coded connections. Supply voltage connections are M12x1 male, 5-pin, L-coded for IN and M12x1 female, 5-pin, L-coded for OUT. Operating voltage is 18...30 VDC. The module has no display, a plastic housing with stainless steel inserts, dimensions of 68 x 38.3 x 226.2 mm, ambient temperature of -40...70 °C, and IP68 and IP69K ratings. The scope of delivery includes a grounding strap and M4x6 screw; label plates and port cover are not included.
