Network modules with multiprotocol – BNI00L1
The BNI XG1-505-0A5-R067 network module, order code BNI00L1, has Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT and Modbus TCP interfaces. Its IIoT interfaces are REST API and MQTT. Eight M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots provide the 8x IO-Link auxiliary interfaces. The IO-Link ports have Port Class Type A and IO-Link version 1.1.3. The signal specifications comprise 16 PNP, Type 3 digital inputs and 8 PNP digital outputs; the inputs/outputs are configurable. The maximum output current is 0.25 A, and the current sum US for sensors is 4 A.
Operating voltage is 18...30 VDC. COM 1 and COM 2 each use an M12x1-Female, 4-pin, D-coded connection. Supply voltage IN uses an M12x1-Male, 5-pin, L-coded connection, while supply voltage OUT uses an M12x1-Female, 5-pin, L-coded connection. The plastic housing has stainless steel inserts and measures 68 x 38.3 x 226.2 mm. Ambient temperature is -40...70 °C. The IP rating is IP68 and IP69K. The module has no display. The scope of delivery includes a grounding strap and an M4x6 screw; label plates and a port cover are not included.
