The BNI XG5-508-0B5-P067, order code BNI00L9, is an IO-Link Master with the special characteristic Washdown. Its interfaces are Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT and Modbus TCP; IIoT interfaces comprise REST API and MQTT parsed. Eight auxiliary IO-Link interfaces use Port Class Type A and IO-Link version 1.1.3. The eight connection slots are M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded. They provide 16 digital inputs, PNP, Type 3, and 16 digital outputs, PNP, with configurable inputs/outputs. No display is provided.
The operating voltage is 18...30 VDC, and the maximum output current is 4 A. COM 1 and COM 2 each use M12x1-Female, 4-pin, D-coded connections. Supply voltage IN uses M12x1-Male, 5-pin, L-coded, while supply voltage OUT uses M12x1-Female, 5-pin, L-coded. The current sum US, sensor, is 16 A, and the current sum UA, actuator, is 16 A. The plastic housing has stainless steel inserts, dimensions of 68 x 38.3 x 226.2 mm, an ambient temperature range of -40...70 °C, IP68 and IP69K, and Safety Hub Support. Label plates and the port cover are not included in the scope of delivery.
