Visual signaling devices – BNI00LK
The BNI IOL-812-205-K037 visual signaling device, order code BNI00LK, combines an indicator light with a sound module and StrobeLight. It uses IO-Link 1.1 and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. The connection is an M12x1-Male, 5-pin connector. The device has a maximum of six segments, with predefined colors Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Magenta, Cyan, White and Orange, plus additional configurable colors. Function indicator modes include Segment, Fill level, Runlight, Flexible and Ultimate. The volume at a distance of 1 m is 95 dB.
Display, Strobe light and Volume can be set, and the device provides the Extended mode additional function. Its dimensions are 60.6 x 60.6 x 303.9 mm. The housing consists of transparent PC and PBT GF30, with a Nut M18x1 as the mounting part. The ambient temperature range is -25...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. Data transmission uses COM3 at 230.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms, 1 byte of process data IN and 24 bytes of process data OUT.
