The BNI IOL-810-205-K037 visual signaling device, order code BNI00LM, operates as an indicator light with sound module and StrobeLight. It uses IO-Link 1.1 with COM3 (230.4 kBaud), a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms, 1 byte process data IN and 12 bytes process data OUT. The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC, and connection is provided via an M12x1-Male, 5-pin connector. The device has a maximum of four segments with the function indicators Segment, Fill level, Runlight, Flexible and Ultimate. Predefined colors are Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Magenta, Cyan, White and Orange; additional colors are configurable. The sound module reaches 95 dB at a distance of 1 m. Display, Strobe light and Volume can be set, and the Extended mode is available. The housing consists of transparent PC and PBT GF30. Dimensions are 60.6 x 60.6 x 119.9 mm, with an M18x1 nut for mounting, an ambient temperature range of -25...50 °C and IP65 rating.
