IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00MA
The BNI LH1-742-S13-R012 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00MA, has an IO-Link 1.1.5 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 uses an M12x2-Male, 4-pin, A-coded connection. Eight M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are provided. The hub has four analog inputs and four analog outputs for voltage/analog and current signals with ranges of 0…10 V, -10…10 V, 0…5 V, -5…5 V, 5...10 V, 1…5 V, 4…20 mA and 0…20 mA. The inputs and outputs are not configurable, and single-channel monitoring is provided.
The total current sum US for sensors is 4 A, while the total current sum UA for actuators is 4 A. The housing is made of PBT GF30 with stainless steel 1.4404 inserts. Dimensions are 68 x 38.3 x 183.5 mm, and the ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Transfer rate is COM3 (230.4 kBaud), with a minimum process data cycle of 3 ms, 14 bytes process data IN and 8 bytes process data OUT. Secondary features are Identification and BLOB Bootloader.
