Complaints due to transport damage must be notified to us in writing without delay, at the latest within one week after the delivery.
The return delivery will be pre-announced by the customer and approved by Balluff.
Taking back and returing goods is always subject to reservation and without recognition of legal obligation. The final assessment is at the discretion of Balluff.
Costs and expenses for returns of rejected goods by Balluff shall be covered in principle by the customer.
