Become an intermediary between IT and business administration!

As a digitalization management assistant (m/f/d), you will get to know IT systems, assess them and develop solutions for IT problems. You will also support the digitalization of business processes, making you an important part of Balluff's future. With your versatile knowledge, you will act as a link between the commercial tasks in the company and the IT department. During your apprenticeship, you will gain an insight into the Information Technology, Purchasing, Sales, Facility Management departments and many more.

As an e-commerce clerk, you are the specialist for digital business. During your training as an electronics technician for devices and systems, you will combine a focus on electronics, information technology and system integration. You will learn how to get components and devices up and running, put them into operation and maintain them.

You will also familiarize yourself with different programming languages. After your apprenticeship, you will have the hang of everything to do with information and communication technology devices, system components, sensors, actuators, microsystems and measurement and testing technology

Design your future!

During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to design layouts, generate and edit image and video material yourself, carry out livestreams and create a wide variety of digital assets. You will work with professional tools from the Adobe Creative Cloud as well as generative AI. You will also learn how to use various cameras and lighting and sound equipment. You will be involved in exciting projects right from the start - from the initial idea to the finished end product.
