Vibration monitoring of fans

Initial wear on fan components or imbalance are first announced by vibrations. Continuous vibration monitoring with the CMTK enables timely intervention before failure occurs. You can define limit values for the vibrations and a warning is issued if these values are exceeded. This way, maintenance measures can be planned in advance.

Speed monitoring of fans

You can also monitor the speed of your fans. When implementing the Condition Monitoring Toolkit, you can easily define limit values for the rotational speed. In case of variances in either direction, you will be informed immediately, for example by e-mail. With Balluff fan monitoring, limit value violations or, in the worst case, failures, are communicated as quickly as possible for troubleshooting.

Simple monitoring of pressure conditions

The pressure conditions of your air systems can deviate from the specified standard due to numerous factors such as blockages as a result of contamination, and cause performance failures, damage or machine downtime. To prevent this, our Condition Monitoring Toolkit constantly monitors the variables and detects deviations at an early stage. The reporting system included in the toolkit notifies you directly about the changes and gives you the chance to react early and thus prevent damage and failure.

Retrofitting of ventilation systems

With the Condition Monitoring Toolkit for fan monitoring, you can easily upgrade and retrofit your existing systems. You can give outdated fans and exhaust systems a chance at many more years of high performance.
