Condition monitoring sensors
Condition monitoring sensors from Balluff provide you with status data from your mixer or any other battery production system so that you are informed of potential problems at an early stage. Physical variables such as vibration or temperature are detected directly on the motor and forwarded to a higher-level system via IO-Link. An alert is triggered if individually defined limit values are reached. The sensors also monitor their own status. All of this helps you to avoid unplanned, cost-intensive downtimes and manual inspections.
