Monitoring level in sand bunkers
Ultrasonic sensors from Balluff provide contactless measurement of the levels of sand bunkers in the foundry and do it continuously over a detection range of up to 6 m. They remain unaffected by dust or contamination. The fill level output can either be an analog signal or a two switching signal output as min./max. value.
