BCM condition monitoring sensors
Condition monitoring sensors from Balluff enable continuous monitoring of the motors of your conveyor belt systems used in module and package assembly for the transportation of battery modules. The sensors record important physical parameters such as vibration and temperature directly on the motors and sends them to the higher-level system via IO-Link.
By recording and evaluating this data, potential problems can be detected at an early stage. If individually defined limit values are exceeded, an alert is automatically triggered so that timely maintenance can be initiated. In addition, the sensors monitor their own condition to ensure constant performance.
This preventive monitoring avoids unplanned downtime and reduces the need for manual inspections, which lowers operating costs and increases the efficiency of your production processes.
