For four generations we have emphasized sustainability and long-term planning. Trainees and students represent about ten percent of our staff—a value that we are proud of and that requires outstanding commitment from us.
All employees are given intensive support from the beginning. With hands-on learning, our comprehensive on-boarding program includes specialized training, presentation training and regular feedback. Our employees get to know the business from the ground up.
