General conditions for returns due to transport damage

1. Requirements

  • Complaints due to transport damage must be notified to us in writing without delay, no later than one week after the delivery.

  • The return delivery will communicated in advance by the customer and approved by Balluff.


2. General conditions

  • Acceptance of returning goods is always subject to reservation and without recognition of legal obligation. The final assessment is at the discretion of Balluff.


3. Costs and expenses

  • Costs and expenses for returns of rejected goods by Balluff shall be covered by the customer.
